Good Morning,

I would like to take the opportunity say a HUGE THANK YOU to Tammy for her wonderful assistance while the ship docked in New York this season. I had the pleasure to work with Tammy for almost 6 months on every week basis. It was her help and commitment that made the transportation/pick up of crewmembers so much easier and stress less. We are talking about the city of New York when we are facing constant issues with buses/van, having difficulties being able to park and stop the cars for crew to get on. Tammy was on top of every issue, getting in constant touch with bus/van drivers about their locations, distance from pier and keeping me informed what was the situation.

What surprised me was that Tammy was not only available on the pier, but also she took the time to greet me and my assistant in our office on the ship and then picking up crewmembers from the ship and escorting them to the meeting locations on the pier. It was very helpful when we had large amount of crew getting off and on. Tammy always went above her way to help us out and assist in every possible way. I have worked on ships for 10 years and had worked with many personnel but I can say that Tammy was exceptional and very helpful.

With this email I would like to compliment her and express my gratitude. Thank you for having Tammy to assist us and I hope to have another opportunity to work with her again.
