Website Definitions:
a) Transfer —a one-way trip; from point A to point B only. The customer selects the quantity, capacity, pick up and drop off locations, and pick up
time.
b) Charter —a round trip; from point A to point B and return. The customer selects the quantity, capacity, pick up and drop off locations, and pick up and drop off times.
The customer will choose from pre-arranged transportation packages.

Browse through the site and determine which type of service would be best for you.
Also, look for any specials or charter packages that might suit your needs.
Fill out the instant quote form and if the quote is agreeable to you, continue with the process and reserve your trip.
If your travel needs require special arrangements or your destination is currently not available online please contact customer service or 1-888-DIAL-A-BUS and speak to a customer care specialist.
The terms for using the
BUS
RESERVE®
website is contingent with agreeing upon the
company's Privacy Policy. Your acceptance of
the terms is also your consent to the
information practices in our Privacy Policy.
This agreement is entered into
between
BUS
RESERVE® and the customer. The vendor chosen by
BUS
RESERVE® provides the actual transportation. If you violate any of the Terms & Conditions,
BUS
RESERVE® may terminate your use of this site, take appropriate legal action against you, cancel your reservations, or prohibit and future affiliation with
BUS
RESERVE®.
Payment
Final payment is due upon confirmation of your on-line reservation. Any arrangement made through e-mail or customer care specialist, require a 20% deposit and the balance, in full, is due two weeks prior to the trip. If full payment is not received within these guidelines, your reservation will not be guaranteed.
BUS
RESERVE® accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Personal and bank checks are only accepted when reservations are made through 1-888-DIAL-A-BUS.
Cancellation Policy
BUS
RESERVE® welcomes your business and understands there are situations when you may need to cancel or reschedule your trip. Prior to 30 days,
BUS
RESERVE® will refund your full payment/deposit.
Cancellations from:
30-8 days 25% cancellation fee
7 days or less will forfeit full amount of the trip
Additional Charges
BUS
RESERVE® determines the pricing for the trip based on
the information provided by the customer. Any
changes in itinerary may result in
additional charges. The customer will be
notified regarding any charges prior to the
trip departing. For reservations made
through customer care specialist, a complete
itinerary (see form) must be submitted
at the time the reservation is made. This information will be forwarded to your bus operator and will be executed fully.
All changes must be
made with a customer care specialist at
1-888-DIAL-A-BUS. Any additional costs such
as parking, driver room and driver gratuity
are not included in your quote. The
chartering party will
also be responsible for any
unforeseen additional
fees. The credit card, on
file, will be charged for
any additional waiting
time and/or additional hours requested by the
chartering party not included in
the original reservation.
Changes
A customer may
only request any change in the itinerary by calling
1-888-DIAL-A-BUS and speaking to a customer
care specialist.
Rates for changed itineraries are
not guaranteed at previously quoted rates.
All reservations may be re-priced according
to the revised itinerary.
Arrival Time
BUS
RESERVE® is
not responsible for delayed arrival time due
to unforeseen circumstances, i.e. weather,
accidents, road construction, other.
Vendors
are required by law to drive at the
prescribed rate of speed in conjunction with
the safest operation of the bus. Traffic,
weather, and bad road conditions are out of
the control of BUS
RESERVE® and its vendors.
Amenities/Bus Equipment
The vendors' equipment is thoroughly inspected prior to
travel to ensure safe and reliable service.
If a breakdown occurs (out of the control of
the BUS
RESERVE® and its vendors), the vehicle sent to
replace the original one may contain
different amenities. Requests for certain
amenities will be honored to the best of
BUS
RESERVE's® abilities but cannot be guaranteed. BUS
RESERVE® guarantees the vehicles provided will
accommodate the number of passengers
specified in the reservation/confirmation.
The cost of repairing damage to buses
resulting from acts of individuals in the
charter group shall be charged to the credit card on file, belonging to the
chartering party. This includes any excessive
cleaning needed due to the returning
condition of the bus.
Extended Day Trips
BUS
RESERVE® strictly adheres to all US Department of
Transportation safety regulations.

reservation that includes driving long
distance without stopping, an option of a
second driver is available. Please contact a customer care specialist at
1-888-DIAL-A-BUS.
Passengers
a) It is at
the bus driver's discretion any passenger
that is considered an unacceptable
passenger. Some examples of unacceptable
passengers are individuals who are heavily
intoxicated, under the influence of an
illegal substance, or hostile. The driver
will determine if that individual will be
allowed to board the bus.
b) Passengers are not allowed to interfere
with the driver's ability to perform his
duty safely. They are also not allowed to
negotiate services with their driver outside
their contract. No communication with driver
regarding future transportation needs will
be tolerated. Any possession of firearms,
fireworks, explosions, alcohol or illegal
substances (whether in personal belongings
or on the person) is strictly forbidden on
the bus.
Personal Property
Neither
BUS
RESERVE® nor its vendors assume any responsibility
for any personal property during the trip or
left behind after completion of the trip.
Passenger baggage shall be placed in the
available accommodations. Personal property
will be handled at passenger's own risk.
Acts of Nature and Unforeseen
Disturbances
Neither party
will be held liable for failure or delay in
performing duties and obligations set in the
contract, and neither party shall be deemed
in breach of contract, if the
delays/failures are due to natural
disasters, strikes, lock-outs, any
transportation disturbances, legal or
regulatory conflicts, or any actions
reasonably out of the control of such party.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The materials
on this site are provided "as is" without
any expressed or implied warranty of any
kind.
BUS
RESERVE® disclaims all warranties, expressed or
implied, including but not limited to,
warranties of merchant liability, fitness
for a particular purpose, no infringement of
intellectual property, or violation of
rights.
BUS
RESERVE® and its vendors do not warrant or make any
representations regarding the accuracy,
completeness, or reliability of the
materials on this site, including the
information, text, graphics, links, and
other items contained within these
materials.
BUS
RESERVE® may make changes to the materials provided
on this site, or to the products described
therein, at any time without notice.
BUS
RESERVE® has no obligation to update the materials on
this site.
Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge and agree that, in no event,
shall
BUS
RESERVE® nor their vendors be liable in any event or
for any reason, either directly or
indirectly, including breach of contract to
the other party or any third party for any
special, indirect, incidental, exemplary or
consequential damages or loss of profits
arising out of this agreement, or punitive
damages even if these damages were
foreseeable or the company or vendor has
been advised of the possibility of these
damages. It's expressly agreed that neither
BUS
RESERVE® nor the vendor under any circumstance will
be liable to any party for an amount greater
upon the single bus charter fee for the day
in question. These limitations shall not
apply where expressly prohibited by law.
ADA Notice
Do not assume your bus will be handicap
accessible unless arrangements are made
through a customer care specialist at
1-888-DIAL-A-BUS. Any chartering group that
requires an ADA accessible
bus is requested to contact a
customer care specialist
Price Changes
Prices quote during the confirmation process
are subjected to change.
a) Changes in federal, state, or local laws
or regulations or market conditions during
the period from the date of confirmation to
the date of the trip. b) For any rise in
diesel fuel increased over 20% between the
period of confirmation and the day of the
charter. c) Any material modifications made
to the motor coach chartered under the
period of the confirmation to the date of
the trip. d) Additional company expenses to
complete charter service. e) If market
conditions or other discrepancies make the
cost of the trip higher than previously
estimated.
Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire
agreement between the
BUS
RESERVE® vendors, and customers and supersedes all
other agreements, either verbal or written
in respect to any subject matter.
No Arrangement
The chartering group may not assign this
arrangement or any other respective duties,
rights, interests, or obligations within
prior written consent of the other party.
BUS
RESERVE® may assign this arrangement and any of its
interests, duties, rights, and obligations
without prior written consent of the
chartering group.
Miscellaneous Information
a) Our company policy is to only work with
companies with a minimum insurance liability
of $5,000,000. b) Customers will not be able
to change the date of trips after using the
instant quote form. They will have to call a
customer care specialist.
c) Any charter bookings that will carry over
into the next day must call and book with a
customer care specialist.
d) Our company currently provides services
in the entire state of Florida, New York
City, and the entire tri-state area, with
additional destination being added weekly.
