| Niagara Falls is shared between two countries, the United States and Canada. Before crossing into Canada, make sure to visit Goat Island. The island offers a great view of Niagara Falls from the US side. You can view the Horseshoe Falls and hear the combined thunder and power of the ravaging water which races towards Lake Ontario. |
West of Goat Island sits the Three Sisters Island each of them connected by small bridges, which allows  pedestrians to cross over and to have a grand view of the raging, rapid water of the falls. Once you cross over into the Canadian side, you will board the Maid of the Mist, where it will take you directly underneath the streaming water of the falls.If you can afford to spend another day, just a one short hour drive is the city of Toronto, the largest city in the biggest country in the world. See City Hall, Parliament, Eaton Center, the CN Tower or the beautiful Oakes Garden at the Falls. |
