What is the company policy regarding refunds?
BUS RESERVE® welcomes your business and understands there are situations when you may need to cancel or reschedule your trip. More than 30 days prior to the departure date, you will receive a full refund of your payment or deposit. 30-8 days, there will be a 25% cancellation fee. For cancellations 7 days or less, you will forfeit the full amount of the trip.
Are there any additional fees that are not included in my quote?
Your quote includes all fees except: any parking fees or any unexpected fees that may occur during the trip.
Am I required to pay for driver's gratuity?
A gratuity is a method of showing your appreciation and satisfaction for the outstanding service, however, it is up to the client’s discretion.
What are acceptable payment options?
BUS RESERVE® accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and debit cards. We also accept personal checks, bank checks and money orders.
