BUS RESERVE® offers deluxe, fully equipped 49 and 56 passenger Motor coaches.

Does Bus Reserve fleet consist of ADA / Handicap accessible coaches?
Bus Reserve has ADA/ handicap accessible vehicles in our fleet in order to provide services to the rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities and veterans in the community.  Please contact a customer care specialist at 1-888-342-5228 to request this specific vehicle.

What other vehicles does BUS RESERVE® offer?

What if I lost my baggage on the bus?
BUS RESERVE® is not responsible for any items that are left behind. We will make every effort to recover any customer belongings left on the vehicles during the trip and have it shipped to them. Please remember to collect all of your personal belongings before the end of the trip.

What happens if my charter bus has a breakdown?
BUS RESERVE® has a network of charter bus vendors along your trip route. Our 24 hour dispatch center will respond to any emergency, such as a breakdown, by sending out another motor coach to complete your trip.

What happens if the bus comes late?
We train our drivers to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the departure time BUS RESERVE® is committed to providing you with the most reliable service, unfortunately we are not liable for loss of time, revenue due to mechanical failure, inclement weather, traffic or bad road conditions.

Who is responsible for damages that may occur during a trip?
The cost of repairing damage to any vehicle resulting from acts of individuals in the charter party shall be charged to the charter party.
