Chartering party is responsible for forwarding a detailed itinerary 2 weeks prior to departure date. Additional charges may apply if the itinerary differs from the original service request. Changes in the service agreement without written consent by BUS RESERVE may result in additional charges billed to the chartering party. Delay in return time from destination in excess of 30 minutes may be billed additionally to the chartering party.
